The building has a package room, rooftop patio, elevator, and fitness center. Up to 2 pets are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee of $300/pet and $25/month/pet in pet rent. Parking is available for an additional $205/month. Storage is available for an additional $15/month. There is a $500 move fee in lieu of a security deposit. Renters insurance is required.
