Honest and compliant.
TreeHaous treats compliance as a feature, not a footnote — IDX rules, fair housing, and honest disclosure are built into how listings are sourced and shown.
How we keep it right.
IDX-compliant feed
Listing data is sourced and displayed under IDX rules, with the required brokerage attribution and refresh cadence.
Attribution & disclosures
Every listing carries its source brokerage, an Equal Housing Opportunity mark, and a deemed-reliable-but-not-guaranteed disclaimer.
Fair housing first
Equal Housing Opportunity throughout. No steering, no protected-class targeting in search or ads.
Honest disclosures
We surface what's missing rather than hide it — accuracy over polish.
The data, explained.
Where does the data come from?
Listings are sourced from the MLS via a compliant IDX feed and displayed with the required source attribution and refresh cadence.
Is the data the same as an agent sees?
No — some fields (certain addresses and seller-opted-out listings) remain agent-only per MLS rules and are withheld from public display.
How current is it?
The feed refreshes on a regular cadence; each listing carries its source and last-updated context.
