Right in the center of Davenport you find this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home waiting for its new owner. Large living room offers plenty of space for a sectional or sofa and loveseat to watch your favorite tv show or sit and relax in quiet, while the finished basement offers that added space to hang out and be loud. The basement also conveniently has a full bathroom and huge storage area combined with laundry room. Don't worry about that stain on the concrete, the seller has never had water in the basement, she spilled resin while crafting. The three lovely bedrooms have hardwood floors, adorable pocket door can separate the kitchen from the living room. Cozy breezeway to the attached one car garage, (sorry...the fireplace is for show, it doesn't work) is a great feature to have early morning coffee or afternoon tea. 1 car garage has plenty of storage space (look how deep it is), don't forget the detached 2 car garage...bring on those 'toys". Fenced backyard, patios and oh wait... there is natural gas hookup outside the 1 car garage in case you want to install an outdoor grill. There is also a shed to store lawn essentials.
